1. Maximize the revenue and profit by planning and executing the sales strategy and plan optimized for the selected channel account based on the regional business strategy.
2. Build a foundation for maximizing sales revenue and profit based on the trust and teamwork with the channel accounts.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for the channel assigned to ensure the market share growth
- Implement sales and business development strategies to achieve the sales target
- Deliver prompt and efficient sales visits and market coverage to existing and new dealers
- Create exciting programs to strengthen Samsung's Leadership position in the trade
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure the execution excellence of all marketing and sales promotion activities
- Translate brand and trade strategy into detailed channel plans, including trade segmentation, category management, and distribution in line with KPIs
- Develop appropriate programs that best deliver on the Sales Target assigned
- Effective communication and close liaison with dealers, customers, and inter-departments to ensure the successful implementation of sales & marketing activities and services
Skills and Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in BusinessStudies/Administration/Management,Marketing, or equivalent
- Preferably with 10-12 years of working experience inretail/channel/nationalsales in consumer products
- Strong leadership skills and demonstrated Market/ Channel Management experience in the area of Consumer Electronics / FMCG
- Knowledge of the competitive landscape and competitors' strengths and weaknesses is required
- A good team player and able to work under a tight schedule
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, or PowerPoint presentations
