Job Description
In this role, you will:
- Partner with our deal team, borrower team, outside counsel, and third-party vendors to obtain documents necessary for closing, and review loan documents to ensure they incorporate the deal terms
- Coordinate with our internal flood team to satisfy applicable laws and internal procedures related to the Flood Disaster Protection Act (FDPA)
- Work with our insurance vendor and outside counsel to complete the insurance review and approval
- Work with our zoning vendor and outside counsel to complete zoning review and approval
- Facilitate closing processes including draft settlement statement, review of title company statement, coordinate with title, and manage and complete the closing workbook in MS Excel
- Collaborate with asset managers, counsel, and flood to document and book loan extensions, modifications, and future fundings
- Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements that influence and lead broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals, may lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
- Accurately evaluate and upload data into the systems of record to ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate and consult with RESCM peers, colleagues, and managers accountable for providing quality customer service to internal or external customers and achieving line of business goals
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Pay Range
$84,000.00 - $179,200.00
