What a typical day looks like:
- Develop and implement automation strategies to optimize new business or existing production processes.
 - Lead automation projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance
 - Manage a team of automation mechanical engineers, PLC programmers, electrical engineers, equipment Integrators and technicians
 - Provide expert knowledge of products and automation solutions for the internal and external projects.
 - Identify opportunities for process automation multiple production areas.
 - Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of automated systems
 - Ensure compliance with the medical industry standards, (IQ/OQ/PQ) and GMPs company policies.
 - Collaborate with IT, engineering, quality, maintenance and operational teams to integrate automation solutions
 - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot automation-related issues
 - Provide training and mentorship to his direct reports (Electrical & Mechanical Engineers) as required
 - Stay on top of the latest automation technologies and best practices.
