Responsibilities

  • Be a rainmaker! Exceed revenue bookings goals and set yourself above the rest in the sale of Encompass and other ICE Mortgage Technology solutions.
  • Sell in a team environment. Quarterback the sales pursuit by working closely with ICE Solutions Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing and Professional Services Teams in your selling efforts. At ICE, teamwork wins.
  • Embrace the ICE selling methodology and leverage the systems and tools available for you to track Opportunities, sell effectively and forecast accurately. This is a complex sales process working with the country’s most sophisticated mortgage lenders.
  • Be an expert at Discovery and help facilitate Demonstrations that result in standing ovations!
  • Be ready to learn continuously as the market, client expectations, and available solutions evolve quickly.
  • Work collaboratively on strategy and deal execution with the senior leadership at ICE.

Knowledge and Experience

  • 7+ years of successful sales experience with an emphasis on complex technology solutions
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience selling technology solutions to Mortgage Lenders/Brokers, Banks, and Credit Unions
  • A proven history of consistent New Business sales success with performance that includes hitting quota of more than $1M+ in Annual Recurring Revenue
  • Relishes selling in a competitive environment
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for building outstanding customer and internal relationships
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Always curious with a passion to learn
  • Must have a strong C-Level presence and executive credibility
  • Proven presentation and negotiation skills
  • BA/BS/MBA required or equivalent work experience
