Job Description:
The Risk-as-a-Servicemanages several distinctsolutions that empower merchants to address risk and fraud throughout the transaction lifecycleare deployed acrossplatforms and serve all sizes ofYou will be working closely across thesupporting the RaaS solutions as well as key cross-functional partnersSales, Account Management, Finance, Go-to-Market, Data Science, and moreto ensure successful adoption and scale.
Your Day-to-Day:
Deep dive into data:Leverageinternal and external datatoidentifygrowth opportunities andcraft/executeinitiatives to capture them; sales pipelineandbackbookportfolio listsare examples ofkey data sourcesyou will reference regularly
throughout the sales funnel:Serve as a resource for training and development, sharing knowledge ofRaaSsystems and operations withcommercial and operationalstakeholders;actas a resourceand force multiplierfor sellers to get deals from lead to live, ushering merchants through thefunnelwith a focus on discovery and solutioning
Actively drive deals forward:In specific large, strategic deals, work directly alongside Account Managers toprepare and deliver compelling narratives, influence a diverse set of merchant stakeholders, andpartner with Solution Engineering to ensure successfulintegrationof RaaS products
Enhance commercial operations: Analyze and solve operational business / process problems related tothe uptake ofRaaS products, developing effective solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Work alongside the head of RaaSCommercialization andGrowthtofoster close partnerships with cross-functional teams likeSales, Account Management, Finance, Go-to-Market, Data Science, and moreto ensure successful execution of initiativesas well asoperational processes
Foster a feedback loop for growth:Monitor and evaluate industry trends inrisk and fraud tooling, offering insights to enhance our operational strategies and customer experiences; a keycomponentof this will be documenting andmaintaininga robust record ofcommon questions/ challengesposed by merchants through the deal process
What You Need to Bring:
Data-driven decision making:A strong analytical mindwith the ability toleveragedata insights to informcommercial initiatives andfosterrich sales discussions; financial analysis experience a plus
Execution excellence:Examplesofsupportingand executing cross functional initiatives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, particularly withincommercial environments
A deep empathy for the needs of merchants(particularly large enterprises)
The ability to build strong relationships and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals; with this, a desire to roll up your sleeves anddrivethe progression of key deals in partnership with Sales
Strategic vision:Anunderstanding of the payments landscape and the ability to translate market trends into actionablecommercial
As well as
Bachelor’s degree in Finance
Proven experience in the payments industry with a focus onrisk and fraud tooling
Excellent problem-solving skills, witha track recordof effectively addressing complex operational challenges
Strong communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders informally
Expert in PowerPoint,Exceland Microsoft suite
