System Integration: Lead the integration and custom configuration of systems to meet client specifications.
Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing technical support after the deployment.
Solution Design Configurations: Collaborate with Solution Architects to understand solution design and translate it into project-specific configurations.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Product, Delivery, and Support) to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of client projects.
Requirements
4-10 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Professional Services Engineer, or Software Integrator.
Customer-facing experience.
Experience with Linux-based systems and proficiency in Linux commands for system monitoring and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., MySQL) and basic query skills.
Familiarity with different types of industry deployments and configurations such as Kubernetes, Tomcat, JBoss, etc.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Strong understanding of system integration and solution design.
Experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting technical solutions.
Experience providing tech support for global customers.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel as required for client visits and on-site support.

Bachelor's degree in technical related field.
Knowledge of cloud architecture and services, including Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, and other cloud platforms.
Knowledge of mobile and web IDEs and frameworks (e.g., xcode, Android Studio, Swift, Kotlin, ReactJS, Angular)
