- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in networking, compute infrastructure (e.g., servers, databases, firewalls, load balancers) and architecting, developing, or maintaining cloud solutions in virtualized environments.
- 3 years of experience in project management and technical solution delivery.
- Ability to travel 30% of the time, as needed, for client engagements.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with one or more third-party networking products (e.g., PANW, Fortinet, VMWare Cloud Foundation).
- Experience in scalable networking design, including high availability, redundancy, fail-over, and load balancing.
- Experience troubleshooting networking protocols such as TCP/IP, HyperText Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTP/S), and Border Gateway Protocol (BGP).
- Experience in customer-facing migration, including service discovery, assessment, planning, execution, and operations.
- Knowledge of containerization and container orchestration technologies such as Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
- Familiarity with standard IT security practices such as identity and access management, data protection, encryption, certificate and key management.
