• Hold relevant SAP certifications with 10-12 years of extensive experience in SAP project delivery, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of SAP solutions and their implementation.
• Utilize advanced project management and PMO skills to coordinate complex project activities, manage budgets, timelines, and resources, and ensure successful project execution.
• Exhibit strong leadership and interpersonal skills, effectively communicating project objectives, risks, and progress to stakeholders at all levels in English, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Lead and mentor project teams, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing, while ensuring effective coordination among cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within SAP delivery processes, methodologies, and tools, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence to enhance overall project efficiency and client satisfaction.
