Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience managing new product introduction (NPI) with consumer electronic products (i.e. phones, tablets, computers, etc).
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in new product introduction program management, sourcing/supplier management, materials program management, operations program management role, or leadership role.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience leading complex operational and strategic programs with the ability to multitask, analyze opportunities, define successful approaches, and proactively solve problems.
- Ability to build strong relationships, work cross-functionally, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and lead cross-functionally.
- Ability to travel 20-30% internationally as needed.
