What a typical day looks like:
- Ensure the preparation and implementation of project specifications, project plans, monitoring of projects' deliverables, including risk and budget management.
- Leading project meetings.
- Managing project members (and or workstream leads) to complete projected deliverables on time.
- Intensive consultation with the internal and external customer regarding the results to be achieved, budget and lead time.
- Consultation with stakeholders such as BD, account management, IT, Engineering, Operations.
- Report and monitoring / progresses / troubleshooting /risk mgt. of the projects, needed by the different steering committees.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics Management or Technical Business Administration
- A few years of experience in a similar role
- Strong partnership management and analytical skills
- Strong organization skills combined with project management experience.
- Ability to think critically and strategically to drive organizational success
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
