As a Lab Manager, you will define, manage, and maintain a complex test lab environment. You will apply your knowledge and talents to help create innovative solutions for our customers.

As a Lab Manager II, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing lab and all networking gear such as switches, routers, hardware servers, and virtual machines.
• Working with QA/Dev teams to define the needs & clusters and ensure all lab equipment is accordingly configured, updated, and maintained.
• Owning capacity planning for the lab.
• Maintaining an inventory of hardware and software assets, including license management.
• Monitoring lab infrastructure to detect, triage, and address faults and failures.
• Responding to assistance requests promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to testing activities

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's in Computer Science, related field or equivalent.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with networking devices, hardware servers, and virtualization technologies.
• Have knowledge of Linux operating systems and server management.
• Show experience in capacity planning with the ability to translate development and QA requirements into infrastructure delivery.
• Have experience with automation tools and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python).Knowledge of software testing methodologies and SQA processes.
• Have excellent organizational and project management skills.
