Drive the annual, quarterly, and ongoing strategic planning exercises. Includes the coordination, planning, execution, and accountability to follow-up of these sessions.Drive accountability and execution of the operational rhythms of the org and improve the operational efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
- Master's degree or MBA in a technical, quantitative, or business field.
- 3+ years experience working in a tech company.
- Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations.
- Ability to understand and articulate the big picture to executive teams, while maintaining exceptional attention to execution details.
- Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate complex meetings with executives and partners across multiple functions in an organization.
- Excellent program management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with a ML research team is a plus
