Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
Professional qualification CIMA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent.
2 years post-qualification experience in finance or treasury, working on cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment and lead and drive complex operational initiatives, with experience of business partnering.
Proficiency in spreadsheets/Google Sheets, and experience with SQL.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
Solid understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior management and problem solve.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and focus on continuous improvement.
