Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional qualification CIMA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent.
- 2 years post-qualification experience in finance or treasury, working on cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment and lead and drive complex operational initiatives, with experience of business partnering.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets/Google Sheets, and experience with SQL.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
- Solid understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior management and problem solve.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and focus on continuous improvement.
