• Develop accurate, topic-based documentation including user guides, developer guides, installation manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, and PLM teams in an Agile environment to align content with product development.
• Research and analyze complex network management features to gather source information.
• Create interactive in-product help and write scripts for instructional videos.
• Revise and maintain documentation to reflect feature updates and customer feedback.
• Ensure content quality, consistency, and compliance with company documentation standards.
• Use XML authoring tools, Markdown, and version control systems like Git.
• Manage documentation tasks using Jira and collaborate via Confluence.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and contribute creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You Have:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical writing with a strong command of topic-based authoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in XML authoring tools and Markdown.
• Hands-on experience with Git for version control. Familiarity with Agile development processes and collaboration within scrum teams.
• Strong research and analytical skills to gather and validate technical information.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for project and content management.

It would be nice if you also had:

• Experience in the telecommunications or network management domain.
• Ability to write video scripts and develop interactive in-product help. Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript.
