As a Working Student in the Banking Operations team, you will be offered variety, growth, and a great introduction to a range of projects and tasks, and will have exposure to several aspects of running a financial institution. With a heritage of more than two centuries, a broad range of core and alternative strategies, and investment professionals operating in multiple jurisdictions, we offer investment experience and insight that few other firms can match. The program is designed to provide a one-year on the job experience and you will be expected to be available to work for 19 h/week during the semester and full-time during breaks, on-site in Frankfurt.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supports the department in day-to-day work, including document management, analysis of cost allocations, data maintenance, and reporting
  • Completes project-related tasks relating to process automation
  • Works in close cooperation with the other members of the team
  • Liaises with various internal departments

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Studies of Business Administrations, Finance, Economics or similar
  • Pursuing a degree during the entire duration of the program
  • Strong MS Office Skills, especially MS Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
  • Ambitious, hard-working, driven and capacity to show initiative
  • Attention to detail
  • Reliability and team-player personality
  • Fluency in German and English

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Knowledge of VBA, SQL, Java
  • Previous experience with process automation
  • Knowledge of ETL tools such as Alteryx and Xceptor
  • Kknowledge of business Intelligence and visualisation software (Qlikview)
