- JD, LL.B. or equivalent degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house or at a law firm.
- Experience with working regulations in several of the following regulatory areas such as privacy, data use, AI, competition, content and financial services.
- Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status) in the state in which the position is located.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience directly advising enterprise or cloud companies.
- Experience in utilizing AI tools to streamline and scale legal support.
- Ability to support new and emerging regulations and flexibility to develop expertise on first of a kind issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fluid environment and explain legal issues clearly and concisely to non-legal stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
