A day in the life
A typical day as a Workflow Author centers on leading a team of Subject Matter Experts to develop and enhance Standard Operating Procedures. The morning often begins with project planning meetings, setting clear milestones and tracking progress using project management tools. You'll spend significant time collaborating with SMEs to create and refine operational procedures, ensuring they meet quality standards. Throughout the day, you'll develop custom variables to adapt workflows for different sites and systems, while testing new features in the Boost platform. Project updates and timeline adjustments are communicated regularly to stakeholders. When not coordinating with your SME team, you'll be building supplementary tools to bridge functionality gaps, managing deployment of system updates, and providing real-time support through Slack channels. The role requires constant interaction across multiple domains, ensuring data consistency and maintaining clear communication channels with your team to deliver top-notch SOPs.About the team
