Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- 6 years of experience working on programs related to compliance and risk with a telecommunications regulator (e.g., FCC, Team Telecom) or telecommunications carrier or data center provider or Internet Service Provider (ISP) or similar industry.
- 5 years of experience in leadership role(s) with direct reports.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with US Team telecommunication regulators such as FCC, Team telecom.
- Experience developing and managing tools, policies, procedures, and processes for establishing compliance oversight, responding to incidents of non-compliance.
- Familiarity with physical and cyber-security measures for telecommunications and methods for auditing the implementation.
- Familiarity with subsea cables, cable stations, and telecommunications infrastructure investments.
- Knowledge of CFIUS compliance, regulatory requirements, risk management practices, and compliance frameworks in the telecommunications sector.
- Ability to work across internal and external teams on initiatives aimed at improving performance and quality, while ensuring compliance internally and externally.
