Key Account Manager(m/f/*)for the
- establishing strong
commercial collaboration.
Achieving the agreed annual financial targets and all customer related sales KPIs for designed customers.
Tracking and analyzing market and customer evolution, closely monitoring competition, and formulating growth opportunities.
Ensuring flawless execution of all category and brand strategies at the customer level.
Handling the operational management of the assigned customers, including forecasting, evaluating promotions, and analyzing sell in/out data.
Ensuring efficient communication with other departments such as Customer Service, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration with a focus on sales and/or marketing
Experience in sales, and a successful experience in a KAM role in the Consumer Business (FMCG) environment
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Strong analytic skills
Go od French, Dutch
and English
language skills
