As a Growth Operation Manager at Supersonic you will play a critical role in the growth of our portfolio of mobile games. You will be in charge of planning and executing UA and monetization strategies, working with a wide team of experts. Our ideal Growth Operation Manager is data driven, with a passion for user acquisition, who is familiar with the gaming industry, and has the ability to see our games through our users perspective, while always keeping in mind our business goals. You will need to identify trends, and collaborate with cross function teams, including publishing, operations, monetisation, R&D, data and product.
What you'll be doing - Hands on campaign management in SDK networks and overseeing UA campaigns in social channels.
- Analyze the games and be familiar with strong points and weak points to improve.
- Work closely with creative production team, to make sure our games maximize their potential.
- KPI Monitoring: Identify, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and ensure optimal performance of our games.
- Data Analysis and Optimization: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and insights, executing strategies to optimize monetization and user acquisition.
What we're looking for - You have at least one year experience in user acquisition/growth in the gaming industry
- You have a strong interest in marketing in the mobile environment, including MMPs, privacy, etc.
- You have data driven understanding, along with creativity and ability to work in fast pace task force.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- You are fluent in English, and have good presentation skills
