Job Requirements
- Establish thought leadership in local area to implement WW partner strategy
- Lead a highly productive team to engage with partners in area
- Develop influential executive and senior relationships with the partners
- Coordinate NetApp and partner executive relationships with sales, technical, practice and service line leaders to ensure direction and outcomes achieved
- Create the synergistic multi-year GTM strategy and execution plan
- Identify and implement programs specific to partner business models
- Co-ordinate and create awareness of WW partner program and partner incentive/investment models
- Review and approve all Joint Business Plans with managed partners
- Drive awareness of partner differentiation within NetApp & partner ecosystem
- Manage activation activities within area partner ecosystem
- Ensure Implementation and execution of global strategy in area, leveraging data intelligence
- Be the voice of partner back to NetApp to drive continuous improvement through listening mechanisms
- Communicate wins/successes, capture long-term business outcomes and solicit support when needed
- Be an active part of the area leadership team
Skills and Experience Required
- Partner leadership experience and a clear understanding of area needs
- Demonstrable understanding of the industry ecosystem to include partner business models, competitive landscape, and industry trends
- Ability to effectively interface and communicate at all levels within Partner’s organization to include executive levels
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- In-depth knowledge of Cloud technologies and business models
