BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of relevant systems engineering, or systems administration experience using Operating Systems, networking, and storage systems
- 3+ years of Systems Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or Enterprise Production experience in Windows / Linux or similar environments
- 1+ years of experience operating in a 24/7 production environment.
- 1+ years experience with a scripting language: Perl, Python, Ruby, PowerShell or similar languages


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related discipline
- 8+ years experience with cloud computing technologies
- 3+ years of networking experience
- 2+ years of experience with support procedures and methodologies for production computing environments.
- Development of systems automation in a scripting language: Perl, Python, Ruby, PowerShell or similar languages
- Experience with Agile engineering practices (Scrum, continuous delivery, etc)
- Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role
- Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
