Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40-45 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field and 4 years of work experience.Must have 3 years of experience working within one or a combination of any of the following types of firms/companies:
• Property & Casualty and/or Life Insurance
• Banking & Capital Markets
• Wealth & Asset ManagementMust have 3 years of demonstrated experience with all of the following:
• Business process assessment and IT process reengineering
• BPM strategy assessment
• Target roadmap planning for BPM program
• Systems and vendor selection for BPM vendors
• Program and/or project management and implementation planning (PMO)Must have 3 years of technical implementation experience with one or a combination of any of the following BPM vendors: Appian, Camunda, Microsoft Power Platform, and/or UnqorkMust have 3 years of demonstrated technical delivery experience with one or a combination of any of the following BPM vendors: Appian, Camunda, Microsoft Power Platform, and/or Unqork.Must have 3 years of hands-on experience with designing, configuring, deploying, or testing BPM vendor solutions for financial services organizations.Must have 3 years of experience leading a team of 3 or more.Must have 1 year of experience with Agile methodologies.Must have 1 year of hands-on experience in relational databases, API-centric development, or SQL development.Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
