Dealer Support & Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for dealers regarding parts supply inquiries, order status updates, and issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with dealer personnel to understand their specific needs and challenges related to parts availability.
- Provide expert guidance and support to dealers on parts ordering processes, inventory management best practices, and utilization of online parts ordering systems.
- Expedite critical parts orders (VOR) for dealers to minimize vehicle downtime and maximize customer satisfaction.

Parts Availability & Order Management:
- Monitor parts demand and inventory levels to identify potential supply shortages or overstock situations that could impact dealer service operations.
- Communicate proactively with dealers regarding backorders, estimated time of arrival (ETA) for parts, and alternative solutions to minimize customer impact.
- Process and manage dealer parts orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to dealer parts orders, shipments, and invoices.
- Support the implementation of new parts programs and initiatives for dealers, providing training and ongoing assistance.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to dealer parts supply, such as fill rates, backorder aging, and order fulfillment times.
- Prepare regular reports on dealer parts supply performance, identifying trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on dealer needs and challenges to improve parts supply processes and enhance dealer satisfaction.
- Monitor dealer parts inventory levels and provide recommendations for optimizing stock to meet local market demands.
