What you'll do

  • Content Creation: Write clear, user-focused content for product interfaces, documentation and help content, ensuring a consistent tone and style.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to integrate content into our user interfaces, gaining hands-on experience in cross-functional teamwork.
  • Learn from User Feedback: Participate in user research and usability testing to understand user needs and refine content based on real-world insights.
  • Maintain Content Accuracy: Assist in audits and regularly update our materials to keep our content accurate and relevant.

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and simplicity, even when explaining complex concepts.
  • A passion for user experience and an interest in learning how content design impacts product usability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take feedback constructively.
  • Fluency in English (German is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, real-world product development setting.
  • Basic familiarity with content management systems (CMS) or DITA standards is a plus.
