Job responsibilities
- Uphold responsibility for creating, consolidating, and synthesizing business updates and communications that summarize key accomplishments, identify current issues, and outline next steps; maintain consistency of these messages across all forums (newsletters, townhalls, roadshows, etc.).
- Oversee the preparation and execution of Monthly Operations Business Reviews, ensuring effective communication of Operations performance to stakeholders across the organization.
- Lead short-term, high-impact projects with agility. Coordinate with leadership to quickly consolidate inputs and deliverables, ensuring swift execution.
- Plan, organize, and manage offsites and other events (e.g., senior leader visits).
- Monitor and report on Objective and Key Results (OKRs), providing insights and analysis to assist in decision-making and strategic planning.
- Organize and run weekly leadership meetings for the Head of Receivables Product and Operations - preparing agendas, coordinating presentations, and ensuring follow-ups are tracked.
- Continue to drive collaboration between Product and Operations teams, navigating similar but different objectives and strategies.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 8 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, financial analysis, or business management
- Strong oral and written communication skills, PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Strong project planning and management abilities in combination with proven teamwork and influential skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and produce successful results in a fast-paced environment, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to develop strong, positive relationships with business stakeholders
- Mature, independent, highly organized, self-motivated and a team player
