Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or 3 years with a relevant advanced degree.
- Experience writing SQL queries and retrieving data from relational databases.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of Research and Development finance functions and processes.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to take charge, set objectives, drive results while building long-term relationships across organizational boundaries with all levels of seniority.
- Excellent quantitative problem solving skills, with the ability to work with spreadsheets, databases, and analytical tool sets (e.g., SQL).
- Excellent attention to detail, with ability to deliver multiple projects to very high level of quality, high tolerance for ambiguity and change.
- Passionate about business, finance, and technology sectors.
