Key job responsibilities
5.. Make recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve campaign targeting and measurement.7. Provide ad-hoc and automated access to large data sets.9. Own the analytics for one or more product areas, lead planning, execution and delivery of projects for that area(s), manage stakeholders and internal customer/client needs/requests2. We identify and capitalize on opportunities for privacy and security improvements, cost reduction, and greater organizational efficiency4. We surface key performance indicators for product and process improvements spanning across various pharmacy departments.

- 2+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with one or more industry analytics visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g. t-test, Chi-squared)
- Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R)
- Bachelor's degree

- Master's degree, or Advanced technical degree
- Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design
- Experience with statistical analysis, co-relation analysis
