- 20 years of experience leading UX for multi-disciplinary teams.

- Experience creating, executing, and delivering against a product roadmap and driving business impact within a high level of complexity.
- Experience building and leading top performing design teams.
- Proficiency for empathetic, inclusive design that accounts for end-to-end user journeys which extend across a manifold of users, geographies, devices, products, and services.
- Ability to influence and drive product direction with cross-functional stakeholders at the VP and C-suite level.
