Work in conjunction with assigned/senior members of the Talent team to provide administration support in the following main areas performance management, compensation, onboarding, orientation
Provide reports and gather data related to assigned HR projects and initiatives sharing information gathered with the Talent team or other functional groups as required
Provide daily operational support to existing members of the Talent Team as well as existing staff members– this would involve handling inquiries and/or sanctioning routine requests
Manage personnel records of active staff members through the Firm’s standard database as well as hardcopy systems. Also manage the Firm’s archiving system for exit staff
Support the various functions of the Talent team- particularly during busy periods
Build rapport and manage the flow of communication between the Talent team and internal and external clients
Handle and stay abreast of any special projects that may arise within the Talent space or wider Firm
Build and maintain knowledge of the policies, procedures and databases of a professional services firm
Assist with coordination and support of logistics for talent events and/ or processes
Any other ad hoc/ related duties

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Management Studies.1 to 3 year’s relevant experience in a related field will be an asset
Proficiency with standard software and technologies including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Intranet and other related applications
