Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

o OR equivalent experience.

· 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

o OR equivalent experience.

· 6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

· 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly MAPP security release process.
• Oversee MAPP releases in support of security incident operations.
• Drive projects from concept to implementation.
• Oversee and coordinate MAPP IT resources and assets.
• Create and manage partner reporting and metrics.
• Evaluate partner performance and drive program improvements.
• Collect and analyze metrics to demonstrate business operations ROI.
• Manage MAPP operations tools.
• Assist in external partner development and relationship activities.
• Develop and evolve detailed processes for all aspects of the MAPP business.
