General Responsibilities

• Serving as a strategic advisor supporting the day-to-day and longer-term objectives of the CML Transformation program management office (PMO)

• Serving as a subject matter expert in the intake, prioritization and governance of PMO portfolio of strategic initiatives in a well-managed, sustainable way

• Identifying ways to improve, plan, design and manage project plans and processes

• Create and manage content for the operating rhythm for the organization by successfully managing intake, prioritization and governance routines

• Tackle and solve issues through escalation and articulate the issues that need to be done to elevate the team and allow easy accountability

• Demonstrate strong influential communications, including across levels, teams and organizations, and have experience utilizing oral and written communication skills along with presentation skills

• Be an exceptional analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, sound independent judgment, and meticulous attention to detail

• Be capable of balancing strategy and tactical delivery and effective in rapidly changing environments

• Have the ability to multitask with simultaneous projects and tasks, while demonstrating urgency, prioritization, and ownership to drive issues to completion

• Able to act as a thought partner to leadership

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience

• At least 6 years of Project Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or Masters degree

• 7+ years of Project Management experience

• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification

• Experience collaborating with senior leadership

Charlotte, NC: $132,800 - $151,600 for Manager, Project Management McLean, VA: $146,100 - $166,700 for Manager, Project Management Plano, TX: $132,800 - $151,600 for Manager, Project Management Richmond, VA: $132,800 - $151,600 for Manager, Project ManagementThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
