Your Role and Responsibilities

As a content lead, you will help make a meaningful impact on how our clients use our products. You’ll do this by designing and developing technical product content, both inside and outside of the user interface (UI), with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and the user experience.
As a release manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, execution and delivery of software releases. It includes aspects of Agile project management as well as IBM processes for software delivery including quality, performance, security and compliance. They ensure software is released in a smooth and efficient manner. As a Release Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of software products while maintaining stability and minimizing disruptions. Effective communication, attention to detail, and a focus on continuous improvement are essential skills for this role.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience in Writing, curating, and editing content for accuracy, clarity, and usability.
  • Ability to evaluate and design for the interactions between language and design elements to construct a logical, compelling narrative throughout user/client journey.
  • Knowledge of markup languages (such as DITA XML, Markdown, HTML) and authoring tools (Oxygen).
  • Experience documenting detailed technical content such as APIs and SDKs, Foundational understanding of UX design
  • Proven Experience with Agile Project Management and managing SaaS & OnPrem releases


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience with digital adoption platforms such as WalkMe.
  • Experience working in an agile, squad-based, continuous delivery development model.
  • Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI — Interest and ability to learn how to infuse AI into our content operations.
