- Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status) in the state in which the position is located.
- 3 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm.
- Experience with patent litigation.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with intellectual property litigation and disputes, including PTAB (Patent Trial and Appeal Board) proceedings.
- Experience with the online industry and Google products and technologies.
- Knowledge of IP law issues in a technology context.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with leadership and management of cases.
