As a Vice President Client Advisor Support within our dynamic team, you will be responsible for developing in-depth subject matter expertise, guiding junior resources, identifying and hiring appropriate talent, and ensuring strong controls and governance framework. You will also be responsible for stakeholder management and business development, identifying opportunities to build depth in the function and working towards end to end ownership of appropriate task.

Shift Time: 06:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Job responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth subject matter expertise with the tasks described above and contribute to the particular Region / Market aligned, as well as guide the junior resources on the team with functional nuances
  • Identify and hire appropriate talent with varying experience levels, staffing the team appropriately and managing them both individually and as a collective team – setting goals, monitoring progress and offering ongoing career guidance
  • Manage Business Development – Apply business / product / process understanding to identify opportunities to build depth in the function, move up the value chain from a complexity standpoint and work towards end to end ownership of appropriate tasks
  • Establish strong controls and governance framework to ensure proper integration of the India team with the global partners
  • Manage stakeholder relationships – effective communication and regular status reporting to key business stakeholders
  • Ensure consistency and process efficiencies across the team, and identify opportunities for process improvements; Analyze existing capabilities and identify priority gaps and opportunities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Excellent stakeholder engagements skills and inclination to understand market dynamics and develop expertise, have entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experienced people manager adapt at working in matrix organization and managing multicultural, inclusive, dynamic high performance teams
  • Strong understanding of the needs and sensitivities of client management
  • Broad experience in Financial/Banking Industry and understanding of the client life cycle and Products/Asset classes
  • Graduate / Post graduate degree from a reputed institute with minimum 10 years of experience

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Private Banking / Asset & Wealth Management knowledge a plus.
  • Able to work under independently; adaptable to work in demanding environment
  • Detail-oriented and results-focused
  • Proficiency (Spoken and written)in any of the following language: Mandarin, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Hebrew, German, Russian, Italian, Taiwanese, Hungarian,
