As a Human Resources Generalist, you’ll coordinate general HR activities, ensure an efficient and friendly application of HR processes, and support our People Business Partners in all aspects of the employee life cycle in a non-formal, dynamic, and innovative environment. On a day-to-day, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing guidance in line with company policies and procedures
• Assist in creating and reviewing HR policies and procedures
• Support People Business Partners on various projects and initiatives while managing employee relations

• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes

• Assist with HR reports and data analysis, update HR systems and records, and manage general HR administration tasks

• Play an active part in maintaining our unique culture at Wix, guiding employees in our ways, and helping manage and create a positive employee experience
