- Proactively identify and manage risks, close gaps with the ability to switch gears on projects in an agile manner
- 4+ years of experience in driving large scale programs building consuming facing software products (machine learning a plus but not required)
- Demonstrated ability bringing a consumer facing software product from concept to completion, ideally working on machine-learning features and/or sophisticated backend and front-end systems
- Deep understanding of software development for consumer user facing products and services, and how analytics and evaluation data can help improve those products
- Self-motivated and proactive, with demonstrated critical thinking capabilities
- Strong desire to learn, skilled in problem solving, and the ability to make sophisticated trade-offs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation and ability to influence partners
- Prior program management or engineering experience in search, computer vision, and/or natural language understanding
- Machine Learning
