Formulate channel management strategies and lead the development and deployment of all channel operating guidelines and standards, reflecting all relevant internal and external requirements and policies, and company’s evolving business model. Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Develop short- and long-term channel management plans, in the context of Greater China business strategies
- Lead team to drive channel partner management across all dealer life cycles, including but not limited to identification, selection, evaluation, performance management, incentive scheme alignment, audit, and termination, etc.
- Build strong commercial insight to optimize of channel structures, to upgrade partners in the requirement of commercial objective, and to deliver compliance requirements and other business needs.
- Act as independent trustworthy party to resolve channel conflicts
- Lead team to be the main portal for all dealer management related communication to internal and external audiences
- Drive processes optimization for channel management practice, working with Sales, Compliance, Finance, IT, ComOp and other groups to build a collaborative and effective process.
- Build and implement the framework to improve the assignment of dealer target and territories.
- Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to management, to improve processes and compliance practice.
- Guide the team to find practical and compliant solutions to address complex projects in the evolving process of policy, markets, processes, or customers.
- Collaborate and communicate with all relevant global and local stakeholder to support the changing process of channel programs.
- Identify key risk indicators and continuous monitor of channel operation to achieve risk free channel operations management.

Education& Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree a must, Master's degree a plus
- Healthcare industry background preferred
Experience:
- A minimum of 15 years’ industry experience in commercial or channel management functions, or related fields
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry, large equipment commercialization experience strongly preferred
