We are looking for an innovative, highly-motivated and experienced Sr. BIE who can think holistically through multidimensional problems to understand how systems work together to identify and execute both tactical and strategic projects which drive improvements to Last Mile programs. You will work closely with engineering teams, product managers, program managers, business development manager and org leaders to deliver end-to-end data solutions aimed at continuously enhancing overall business of Last Mile engineering. In this role, you will dive deep into disparate datasets to improve our understanding of various components involved in Last Mile delivery, build decision-driven analytics that systematically track the overall quality of the Last mile business and program health, improve tooling to reduce cognitive load for data consumers, and extract actionable insights to drive program, product. You will work on exciting Simulations to optimize Last mile delivery .Key job responsibilities
Build high quality data architecture and ETL data pipelines using SQL, Scripting and other ETL tools.
Manage and execute analytics solutions end-to-end including project management, data gathering and manipulation, modeling, problem solving, and communication of insights and recommendations.

- 10+ years of professional or military experience
- 5+ years of SQL experience
- Experience programming to extract, transform and clean large (multi-TB) data sets
- Experience with theory and practice of design of experiments and statistical analysis of results
- Experience with AWS technologies
- Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills.
- Experience with theory and practice of information retrieval, data science, machine learning and data mining
