Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in maintaining and troubleshooting semiconductor processing equipment (vacuum systems, wet etch, lithography or CMP tools).
- Experience diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues.
- Experience with semiconductor equipment processes and automation systems (PLCs, robotics, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in maintaining and troubleshooting a broad range of semiconductor processing equipment, including vacuum systems, wet etch, lithography, and CMP tools.
- Experience with multiple, highly complex semiconductor equipment (e.g., vacuum, dry etch, PVD/CVD, wet etch, advanced lithography systems, high-volume metrology systems).
- Experience leading tool installations (including reading and interpreting cut sheets), proficiency in AutoCAD design, demonstrated ability to lead teams, and experience working effectively with vendors.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
