Key job responsibilities
Lead and manage the buyers feedback cycle through advisory councils, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms. Gather, analyze, and act on feedback to improve AWS Marketplace offerings and buyers satisfaction.Design, create, and manage comprehensive launch plans, ensuring successful rollouts and adoption for new features and enablement materials and resources.Monitor and report on enablement performance, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within AWS Marketplace.
Market and Industry Analysis:Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
Use market insights to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Reporting and Metrics:
Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on program performance and strategic initiatives.
Hands-on Involvement:Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get involved in day-to-day tasks as needed.
Adapt and iterate quickly to address challenges and seize new opportunities.

- 6+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 6 + years of experience developing Go-To-Market strategies to drive adoption for cloud Marketplaces.
- 6+ years experience in building customer/Buyer enablement resources
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- MBA
