- 10 years of experience in product design or user experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience using UX design to influence strategic decision making, communicate strategic concepts, facilitate understanding, shape product strategy, and motivate teams.
- Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, usability, prototyping, and content strategy.
- Ability to focus on detailed aspects of motion and experiences related to physics, patterns, and visual design elements, and to use motion to express sentimental or emotional experiences.
- Ability to drive impact across multiple cross-product initiatives with a group of stakeholders.
- Ability to drive key product innovations.
