Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Data Extraction: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources, especially Salesforce, to provide actionable insights that support business objectives.
• Reporting : Develop ad-hoc reports and analytics packages for regular business reviews. Builds and maintains reports in Salesforce and Tableau.
• Data Visualization: Develop and maintain thoughtful visualizations to represent data, trends, and performance metrics. Builds visualizations that tell a story.
• Insights: Delivers analytics that answer key business questions and actionable insights that create value and improve business outcomes.
• Data Management: Ensure the accuracy of data through regular audits and process improvement efforts. Works to improve the integrity of our data.
• Process & Policy: Works cross-functionally to streamline data processes. Troubleshoot issues and collaborates to improve data across systems.
• Support & Enablement: Act as a primary support resource for Customer Success teams for all help requests related to Salesforce data and analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years in Customer Support, Business Analyst, or similar role with focus on analytics
• Intermediate to Advanced experience with Tableau, Salesforce and Excel to design and produce business insights
• Experience with data visualization best practices and design principles.
• Preferred: Proficiency in SQL and experience with data extraction and transformation.
• Preferred: Experience supporting a global customer-focused team
• Preferred: Enterprise software or high-tech industry experience is a plus.
• Travel: 20% to Tel Aviv and San Jose offices
