As a
You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain server and network infrastructure
- Provide exceptional customer support
- Execute work orders to meet customer satisfaction of service delivery
- Deploy, diagnose, repair and maintain Honeywell systems and solutions according to specifications and industry standards
- Provide technical support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on system usage
- Maintain accurate records of all installations, maintenance activities, and repairs. Complete service reports and documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and customer support teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and support to clients
- Acquire security and other clearances as required by customer
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Associate of Science degree in a Computer Science, or Information Technology related field or 3 years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience with virtualization, networking, servers, storage, and enterprise application
- 2+ years’ experience working within field service environment
- Knowledge of completing preventative maintenance on automation systems
- Ability to troubleshoot, conduct repairs, and work independently
- Valid Driver’s License and driving record acceptable to Honeywell
