Key job responsibilities· Develop, lead and manage the AWS partnership.
· Work with cross functional teams to create and execute on strategic business plans, inclusive of enablement, practice development, and marketing, to execute achievement against partner goals.· Evangelize a partner’s value proposition internally throughout AWS and externally with customers.
· Drive solutions, APN Program attainment, continuous enablement through training and certifications and go-to-market strategies for differentiation and expanding their footprint.
. Proactively identify, acquire, influence and negotiate with strategic partners in addition to managing existing partners.
· Act as the owner of Partner Operations, which includes both setting up the administration and governance within the partner, as well as managing revenue reporting, opportunity registration in the APN.About the team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Extensive IT partner management experience and partner network in Finland
· Extensive experience and demonstrated track record of success in technology related sales/channel/business development
· Extensive experience in working within matrix operating structures, to consistently exceed expectations against defined goals and objectives
· Strong understanding of cloud and IT technologies, trends and partner business models, as well as proven track record of building and driving complex multi-year partnerships with a diverse sets of channel partners
· Excellent verbal & written communication and demonstrated senior stakeholder management experience, including ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive goals to completion


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Enterprise solution sales experience
· Experience working with large and complex consulting partners, Telco, Global System Integrators, or distributors
· Master’s Degree
· Experience and familiarity with the AWS platform, products, solutions and capabilities
