Responsible for the maintenance and repair of vision devices and equipment in a cleanroom environment at West, including coordinating these tasks with external contractors and utilizing the preventive maintenance system according to prescribed guidelines.

• Mechatronic maintenance, installation, and repair of production equipment in a cleanroom environment
• Supervision of the machinery during the ongoing 24/7 production
• Analysis of errors and disruptions in complex systems with pneumatic and electronic components
• Inspection of machines and systems according to applicable regulations
• Expansion and optimization of equipment
• Documentation of work in the SAP-PM system
• Supports and contributes to Lean programs and activities

• Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician or, alternatively, as a mechanic or electronics technician

• Several years of professional experience in a production company
• Experience in control technology, measurement, and control engineering

• Knowledge in the field of pneumatics and vibratory feeder technology
• Knowledge in using a PC and good knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic/pneumatic drawings
• Willingness to work shifts and on-call duty
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently
