Essential Responsibilities:
- Manages calendar of the executive and daily work with some instruction from others.
- Performs general administrative duties such as travel, expenses, department distribution list, purchase orders, ordering supplies in accordance with standard procedures & practices.
- Engage and collaborate with the immediate team & internal partners.
- May act as a delegate for the executive when reviewing and approving expense reports
- Proactively identifies opportunities to increase efficiency and improve processes, anticipating the needs of the executive & team
- Collaborate regularly with peers and internal partners while developing and maintaining strong relationships.

Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience supporting senior executives or technology leaders in large, global organizations.
- Proven experience in executive operations or strategic administrative roles that involve managing complex priorities and cross-functional coordination.
- Exceptional organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; can work effectively across leadership levels.
- Comfortable working with technology and data-driven teams; familiarity with operational reviews or tech cadences is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Slack, Zoom).
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, judgment, and confidentiality .
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
