Your impact

Responsibilities not limited to:

  • Delivering sustainability and decarbonization analyses, with an emphasis on carbon accounting (scope 1, 2, and 3 GHG inventories) and climate reporting (CDP, TCFD), science-based targets (SBTi), net-zero strategies, and roadmap
  • Providing subject matter expertise and technical leadership on carbon accounting and decarbonization.
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients on sustainable practices, renewable energy adoption, waste reduction, and carbon offsetting strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into business operations, supply chains, and product lifecycle processes.
  • Lead the design and implementation of carbon footprint measurement methodologies and tracking systems.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, regulations, and best practices in sustainability and decarbonization, and advise clients accordingly.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, industry associations, and community groups, to foster partnerships and advocate for sustainable initiatives.
  • Deliver engaging presentations, workshops, and training sessions to educate clients and internal teams on sustainability practices and initiatives.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to thought leadership activities, including publishing articles, white papers, and participating in industry conferences and events.
Here's what you'll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in sustainability consulting, environmental management, or related fields.
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing sustainability strategies, carbon reduction initiatives, and renewable energy projects.
  • Strong understanding of greenhouse gas accounting protocols, carbon offset mechanisms, and sustainability reporting frameworks (GRI, CDP).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship, with a commitment to driving positive change and making a meaningful impact
