Attributes and skills required for success

• A strong academic background, including a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering (Management or Industrial) or other related field
• The ability to demonstrate intellectual rigour and commercial awareness, combined with first-class numeracy and analytical skills
• Approximately 2 - 4 years of related work experience for Seniors in valuation, corporate finance, strategic planning, financial modelling; financial/debt advisory or financial reporting/audit
• Strong commercial understanding and/or relevant industry, transaction experience
• Valuation knowledge and understanding
• Demonstrated record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects
• Strong awareness of being a project member as a senior in the team
• Strong knowledge and awareness of evolving data analytics tools and related software, including data visualization and database skills to connect data and deliver decision making solutions
• Excellent report writing, communication skills both oral and written in Turkish and English and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a diverse team, build effective relationships at all levels and handle multiple responsibilities

In your role as a Valuation Senior you will:

• Be responsible for the preparation of business plan, reports and presentations of valuation projects and have the opportunity to participate interactions with client management and senior members of the EY team
• Participate review sessions of deliverables with the engagement lead during the project
• Communicate effectively with the engagement lead and the wider team in a concerted effort towards delivering work products of the highest standard
• Apply logical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to support resolution of issues
• Assist junior team members in developing their valuation skills
• Provide coaching to others, share your technical and other knowledge with your team
