- A strong academic background, including a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering (Management or Industrial) or other related field
- The ability to demonstrate intellectual rigour and commercial awareness, combined with first-class numeracy and analytical skills
- Approximately 4 - 6 years of related work experience for Managers; and 7+ years of experience for Senior Managers in valuation, corporate finance, strategic planning, financial modelling; financial /debt advisory
- Strong commercial experience and/or relevant industry or transaction experience,
- Valuation knowledge and experience
- Demonstrated record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects
- Strong project management and organisation skills – as a manager/ senior manager in the team you would be in a charge of projects, discuss directly with clients and mentor junior team members
- Strong knowledge and awareness of evolving data analytics tools and related software, including data visualization and database skills to connect data and deliver decision making solutions
- Experience of managing the client relationship and using this to create new business opportunities
- Excellent report writing, communication skills both oral and written in Turkish and English and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a diverse team, build effective relationships at all levels and handle multiple responsibilities

In your role as a Valuation Manager / Senior Manager you will:
- Be responsible for the execution of valuation projects and have the opportunity to lead EY teams and manage interactions with client management and senior members of the EY team
- Participate in the preparation of deliverables including reports, presentations and discussions with the client
- Communicate effectively with the engagement lead, the client, and the wider team in a concerted effort towards delivering work products of the highest standard
- Apply logical thinking and creative problem solving skills to support resolution of issues
- Assist senior team members in developing new business
- Provide coaching to others, share your technical and other knowledge with your team
